Transformation happens where we encounter ourselves
Accompaniment for conscious change in times of upheaval.
In an age characterised by acceleration, pressure to perform, and constant sensory overload, many people reach a point where their usual coping strategies no longer work. Inner turmoil, entrenched patterns, or the feeling of having lost sight of one's own path are common companions.
My coaching is aimed at people who are ready to see this moment as an invitation to become more aware and to change.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every person already has the answers to their questions within themselves. As a coach, I treat my clients with kindness, understanding, and patience, and provide a safe space for honest self-reflection.
We are in a phase of profound change.
Through my work, I accompany people who are ready to experience this change not only externally, but also internally.
I maintain a space of understanding, patience, and encouragement in which self-reflection becomes possible and new perspectives can emerge. I treat my clients as equals and always see them as experts in their own life situations.
I see my work as a response to the challenges of our time: as an accompaniment toward a more conscious, stable, and higher-vibrating life.
“Thanks to his empathetic, patient listening and solution-oriented approach, I always felt understood and taken seriously. The coaching was very supportive for me and gave me valuable insights.”

Who I am
My name is Martin Schrämli, and I live in a blended family with my partner and her daughter. I was born in 1974 and grew up in the Zurich area. Early on, I learned how challenging it can be to feel like you don’t belong. This feeling of being different shaped me and led me to ask questions about meaning and life at a young age. This search led me to begin intensively exploring spiritual topics. My interest in Reiki and hypnosis arose during this time, as did a deep connection to music. Songwriting became an important means of expression and a way for me to process my inner experience.
Professionally, too, my path was open for a long time. Instead of committing myself early on, I gained a wide range of experience in different activities. At the age of 40, I decided to study social work and delve deeper into coaching and systemic counselling. Today, I am self-employed and accompany people on part of their journey. An inner guiding principle for me is the courage to take new steps and not let fear dictate my actions. Since I myself have been supported by coaches and therapists time and again, it is a matter close to my heart to pass on this experience.
