Reiki complements my coaching services in a quiet and physical way. While coaching often focuses on conscious reflection and understanding, and hypnotherapy works specifically with the subconscious, Reiki opens up access through the level of feeling.
Not everything that moves us can be put into words. Some things manifest as a vague restlessness, inner exhaustion, or a subtle tension in the body. Reiki offers a way to work not through analysis, but through mindful touch and presence. It creates a space in which the nervous system can regulate itself and inner processes can gently rearrange themselves.
This is how I understand Reiki as a valuable addition to “New Horizons Coaching”: as an invitation to get back in touch with yourself—beyond thinking and doing, toward more inner balance and connectedness.
Reiki is a gentle, holistic method that helps you find peace, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Through mindful, conscious touch, the natural flow of energy in the body is stimulated and the nervous system can shift into a state of deep relaxation.
Reiki is particularly suitable for people who are highly perceptive, easily overstimulated, or feel exhausted. Often, there is little room in everyday life to pause and really listen to your own needs. Reiki can create a safe space in which inner processes can gently fall into place and new clarity can emerge.
I do not see my Reiki treatments as a “healing method” in the classical sense, but rather as a supportive, loving impulse for your personal development. They can help to address emotional and mental issues on a deeper level – especially where words alone are no longer enough.

New Horizons package
There is the option of a New Horizons package; you pay for 5 hours and receive 6 hours of support. The package is particularly suitable if you desire a continuous process and want to consciously dedicate time to change.
Reiki 6 sessions: CHF 600.–
